Comparative Analysis of Revenue Generation and Management of Hotels in Different Locations in Ilorin, Nigeria

Hoteliers clearly believe that location is important for a hotel, and have market research evidence to support this. However, almost nothing has been done enable this issue be incorporated into revenue generation. There gap in the literature relating analysis from location-side approach increase revenue. This study therefore untaken compare generation of hotels with different locations Ilorin, Nigeria. Two instruments were used study. The first indictment use Geographical Positioning System (GPS) while second questionnaire. results hypotheses tested shows there significant difference generated by located City Centre, sub-urban highways between level patronage city Ilorin ; no pricing among Ilorin; services Ilorin. concludes will if proper management being ensured regardless hotel locations.
